CURRENT COVID 19 EVENT STATUS (updated 9/1/2021)

“We are doing Business As Usual” according to Shelley Albanese, General Manager of the Visalia Convention Center. The Center is now booking events and group gatherings.

The Visalia Home EXPO does have a green light to proceed!

In accordance with state guidelines, announced June 15th, all individuals agree to self-attest (no proof required) that they are fully vaccinated or agree to wear a mask prior to entry. No extraordinary measures will be made to ensure compliance.

No past protocols such as staggered set-up times, capacity limits, indoor concessions are required. However in some instances, aisles may be wider to enhance traffic flow.

Updated Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy as stated on the backside of our Exhibitor Agreement (#28) will continue to remain in force but is amended as follows:

“If the scheduled event is cancelled by Show Management due to a COVID-19 resurgence, exhibitor payments will automatically transfer to the next scheduled show, or if necessary, to the one after, until previous payments have been applied. As with past shows, payments applied to exhibitor-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. All refund requests will be addressed on an individual basis.  Our highest priority to our merchants is fairness.

We ask your patience as we move forward in 2021.  Like schools, trade shows are slowly returning with revised schedules but with renewed dedication to all involved.
